  • Drive revenue growth by winning new business and expanding key accounts
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to accelerate long-term success
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities, create compelling proposals, and close deals
  • Own your pipeline using CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service) for seamless execution
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring top-tier service and solutions
  • Travel extensively to meet clients and grow your territory

What we're looking for
  • A true hunter with a passion for new business development
  • A road warrior who enjoys travel and face-to-face selling
  • A proven sales professional with a track record of results
  • Confident negotiator with strong communication skills
  • Self-driven, independent, and highly organized
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 4–8 years of outside sales / account management experience
  • Experience in the sun shading or related industry (a plus)
  • Strong commercial acumen and pricing skills
  • CRM proficiency and data-driven mindse
